Refunds and cancellations policy

1. Buy Products

The order can be canceled in the following cases:

Return costs are borne by the sender. However, in the event that, after receiving the product, the Company establishes its own fault, then it will deposit the corresponding amount of expenses in a bank account that you indicate to us. We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. 4. Return of defective products
In cases where, with proven fault of the Company, a sale of products of poor and defective quality or due to an error in receiving the order, pricing, shipping, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc., then the Company undertakes fully responsible for the replacement, the refund amount (then he will return it to the card with which the purchase was made or to the corresponding Paypal account from which the payment was made), as well as the reshipment costs (then he will deposit the corresponding amount of costs to a bank account that will be indicated to her).
